Anti Drip Function: To understand Anti Drip Function , lets first understand why & when water leaks from Sole Plate:
- We all know Water converts to steam when its temperature reaches 100 degC.
- Till time sole plate temperature is 100deg. C , water gets converted into steam.
- As soon as Sole Plate temperature is less than 100deg. C , it comes out in the form of Water.
 Process to prevent water coming out of Sole plate when it is cold (even Steam is ON) is called Anti Drip.
- Bimetallic disc which is in down position when sole plate is in cool and lifted upward when sole plate is hot.

- Spring loaded pin is lifted when bimetallic disc is lifted up


- So water escapes to sole plate through the gap

The Anti Drip function of INALSA Iron lets you Iron delicate fabric even at low temperature, without the worry of leaving water stains on clothes.

Anti Calc Function & Powerful spray: Process to make water soft by removing its hardness (which prevents blockage of steam pores in sole plate) is called Anti Calc.

Inalsa Steam Iron has an Anti Calc cartridge which is packed with resin beads. Hard water with calcium and magnesium flows through this resin and turns soft.

Self Cleaning Option: Drainage of water through sole plate from steam iron is called self cleaning.And Inalsa Steam Iron is provided with this great feature.
• When iron is in warm position --> Shift/Press self cleaning button in its position --> first steam will release till sole plate comes in cold position and further water will release till empty of water tank.
• Along with steam & Water, impurities and scales shall come out.
• It is important to do self cleaning at regular intervals.
