2 years old clay, tough to press. It's hard rock 
I ordered order no 12384180017 Faber Castell clay dough. Packet is almost 2 years old.  Dough has become hard rock. Adult also not able to press clay dough. I returned and replaced got new one but seller sent same dough. I am highly disappointed. I want to cancel my product and want full amount refund. If I don't get refund then I will start posting on social media twitter and Facebook. Paytm mall is followed same path on eBay.in. Paytm need to teach their seller not to send damaged Or expired items. I am not able to replace or cancel the product from app for order no 12384180017.
