Cashback Vouchers:
• Use your Fashion unique code (on Paytm.com or Paytm Mobile App or Paytm Mall Mobile App) to get cashback up-to Rs 1000 on Fashion products (Apparel, Footwear & Fashion Accessories) with a minimum cart value of Rs. 3000. This coupon can be redeemed twice per user.
• Use your Flights unique code (on Paytm.com or Paytm Mobile App) to get cashback up-to Rs 1000 on Flights. Minimum cart value of Rs. 5000.
• Use your Mobiles Accessories unique code (on Paytm.com or Paytm Mobile App or Paytm Mall Mobile App) to get cashback up-to Rs 1000 on 1 Mobile Accessories purchase (with a minimum cart value of Rs. 2500).

Buy-Back:
• Each phone would eligible for the BuyBack feature offered by official buyback partner Cashify.
• The Buyback feature would be applicable on the phones 6 months post delivery date & be valid until 11 months post delivery date.
• In case of replacements, the delivery date of the final product would be considered.
• To avail the buy back the the customer must follow the instructions provided in the Buy-Back mailer that will be sent post purchase.
• Cashify will be the Buyback partner for the offer; please read Terms and Conditions carefully.
• Cashify will be liable for payment to Paytm customers if the pickup is accepted by the delivery person.
• The only exception is if the iCloud lock hasn t been removed; in such a case, Cashify or Paytm Customer Support will reach out to the customer and resolve the lock issue. Once the customer remotely removes the lock, the payment can be processed.
• If for any reason customer can t be reached or iCloud can t be removed in 7 days, Cashify will pay INR 2,000 to the customer account. If the customer can remove the iCloud lock in the next 7 days (or 15 days from pickup), the balance payment will be made, otherwise the same will be forfeited.
• Cashify will always make payment in a maximum of 10 days from phone pickup date. With the exception being delays due to an iCloud lock.
• Cashify will pay to Paytm or its customers INR 9,000 only which is inclusive of all taxes and other surcharges, if any.
• In case the original phone box and/or accessories are not returned INR 2,000 will be deducted and a payment of minimum INR 7000 will be made.
• Devices returned under this program will be returned exclusively and directly to Cashify. There is no other way to avail of the assured buyback.
• The device returned should not have its manufacturer s warranty void due to unauthorized service/repair.
• The offer is not transferable to another person and can only be availed by the first buyer of the device as per invoice.
• In case of any dispute the matter will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Gurgaon, Haryana Courts.
• This cash back offer is being extended by One97 Communications Limited for using Paytm Payments on marketplace run and operated by Paytm E-Commerce Private Limited. It can be used to pay for anything on merchants accepting Paytm payments platform.
• Paytm reserves the right to disqualify any customer from the benefits of the offer, at its sole discretion, if it identifies any fraudulent activity being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the offer for any reason whatsoever.
