How to check if Sound Box issued for my business is correct?
1. Red Light is always on: Power on but network disconnected
2. Red Light Blinks: Device is updating.
3. Yellow Light is always on: Network connected, device not mapped to any merchant
4. Yellow Light Blinks: Network disconnected, device not mapped to any merchant
5. Blue Light is always on: Network connected, device mapping in progress or has been successfully mapped
6. Blue Light Blinks: Network disconnected
Instructions to Use
Long press the power to switch on or off the device
Use the function Button for software updates. You can also double press to hear the last successful payment
You can use the volume keys to increase or decrease the volume
Indicator lights will also update you about the status of the network
Wait for Blue light to show on device to start accepting payments
