Giving one because it's mandated to give. I have received a broken or defective product. If you are saying it's non-refundable you should have the etiquette to send the quality product. The product I received is defective and not working. What should I do with the product now? Paytm you are responsible for this you should maintain or manage the genuine sellers. These people are just looting money by giving defective products with non-refundable clause....
