Titanopsis hugo-schlechteri is a mat forming, stemless or very short-stemmed, multi-headed, rosette succulentwith individual rosettes up to 2 inches (5 cm) in diameter. The leaves are crowded, up to 0.8 inch (2 cm) long with sculptured, triangular tips covered with pebbly, flattish bumps. The color of the leaves is very variable, form green, blue, grey, red to purple and the wart vary from white to reddish-brown. The flowers are small, daisy-like and yellow to orange (occasionally pink) in color.
