• Paytm Wallet Transit Card is a National Common Mobility Card (NCMC) devised by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs of the Government of India.
• It is a multi-purpose transport card that can be used across India for Metro & Bus.
• It can also be used to pay for Retail Shopping & Online Transactions

How It Works:

• Buy Paytm Wallet Transit Card from Paytm mall.
• Post-delivery of card follow steps to activate your card
• Recharge your card by scanning the QR code at the back of the card
• At the metro station, tap your card on the Add Value Machine (AVM) placed near the ticket booth or visit the ticket operator to complete the recharge process
• Tap your card on the metro & bus terminals where NCMC is accepted to travel effortlessly    
• Scan the QR code printed on the back of your card to top up balance, review your trips & fair details.

Delivery and activation Process

• Order Paytm Wallet transit card directly from Paytm mall.
• Post successful receiving the order card will be shipped to you.
• Follow the activation steps mentioned in the delivery envelope and the card will be mapped directly to the mobile number.

Additional Details:

• This program is part of the National Common Mobility Card (NCMC) devised by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs of the Government of India.
• Paytm wallet transit card is presently operating at Delhi metro Airport line; more metro and bus agencies will be on-board in the future.
• To recharge your Transit wallet card simply scan the QR code printed at the back of the card and follow the steps.
• In case the card is damaged/lost/not working, please DONOT place a new order. Kindly block damaged/lost/not working card first to limit/avoid financial loss by calling 24*7 helpline number or by visiting the help and support section of your Paytm app and place a new card post successfully blocking of the existing card.
• In case of any queries please contact us via the Help and Support section on Paytm App.

Orders might be auto-cancelled in the below cases

• In cases where a customer has placed duplicate orders (Ordering multiple cards for the same mobile number).
• At least Min KYC is mandatory for the customer to activate the card. Non-KYC customers orders will be cancelled.
