The product delivered was defected. I had not got any confirmation of a replacement. The Paytm customer care service is very poor and has not given any assurance until now. I will advise to not buy anything from Paytm. day-5, they keep on delaying the process without helping after delivering the defective product. As on not having no hope of getting any refund or replacement. I will recommend buying each and every product from amazon even to recharge using amazon and others because Paytm has not got enough to service the customers....
