The seller is sending low quality product. It's not at all same..it's simple file folder you can get in market max.50-100. and out of it seller don't have return policy. The seller is sending wrong product. When I call custome care they are said can not do anything in non return products. Then how we can return it we trust on Paytm so we doing buying. And seller sends wrong product. So, conclusion is that Stick with product whateve we received, from Paytm direct message - we can not do anything. So mentioned on site. Whatever product you get it bad, wrong, low quality, damage it's not returnable. Paytm has no rights to take action against seller....
