Dear Sir/ Ma'am
 I have ordered a product Starvis Electric Mosquito Bat Assorted Design and pattern(Assorted-mix) HSN Code :6213 on 24-11-2020. I have not yet received the product whereas it is showing that my order has been delivered to me on 27-11-2020. I have dialled the delivery boy's number many times but sometimes it was switched off and sometimes it said that's it's wrong number. Also I was not able to talk to your customer care representative as you have very inefficient customer care service. 
I would like to know when will my order be delivered? Also if I don't get a proper response from you and my issue is not solved I will have to knock the doors of Consumer Forum. I hope that you soon look into it and do the needful.
