• HOLISOL recommends insurance of all shipments carrying anything of value at the seller's cost.
• The liability of HOLISOL for any loss or damage to shipment shall be limited as defined herein under, per shipment/Air waybill.
• LIMITATION OF LIABILITY : Where shipments are not insured by the seller, the maximum liability of HOLISOL is limited to Rs. 1500/- per AWB or Invoice value or Cost of reconstruction whichever is lower.
• For insured shipment/s HOLISOL may at the request of seller, issue Loss/Damage/Shortage Report(COF) with the sole purpose of enabling the seller to lodge insurance claim with its Insurers.

• Once you raise request for FC stock transfer, based on your STN (stock transfer note) determine the weight of total shipments you want to send to FC ( in kgs)
• Click on the SKU you want to order either part load or you want to book a trip for full vehicle
• Choose the FC location from drop down, to which FC you want to drop the load at
• You will see the price with book now button on the page, click on book for x Rs.
• At the cart page mention your name, contact number and pick up address in the customer address field
• Pay the amount online through any means
• Once your order is placed, you would receive a call from our partner for schedule and services will be delivered within next 2 days

To fulfill the requirement of our sellers of procurement of goods, we have launched this service on our portal. If sellers want their load to be picked up from their warehouses and to deliver to any of our FCs then they can go for this service by two ways:
They can either go for weight slab or vehicle service as per the load value
Once you are done with the ordering part then your load will be picked up as per the schedule and will be dropped to respective FC.
