  1. How can I upgrade my wallet?
    You can simply press “upgrade” button in the profile section of your wallet. Once we have received your request, our representative will call you and fix up an appointment at your convenience and complete the process.
  2. What is the process of upgrading the wallet?
    As per RBI guidelines, to upgrade your wallet, you need to get your KYC done. For this, we need your identity proof and address proof. Once you have applied for wallet upgrade, our representative will call you to fix up an appointment where he can verify and collect the documents to complete the process.
  3. What are the charges of upgrading my wallet?
    Currently, this service is being offered free of cost to paytm wallet users.
  4. How much time will it take to upgrade my wallet after applying for upgrade?
    Your account will be upgraded within 2 working days once we receive your completed documents.
  5. Is there any place where I can go and get my KYC done?
    Sorry, currently the only way by which you can get your KYC done is through the visit of our representative.
  6. I have got the call from the paytm representative. What all documents do I need to provide to the person?
    Our representative will be giving you a blank KYC form. You need to fill this form, affix a passport size photograph and provide self-attested copies of the following:

  7. What is the difference between normal wallet and an upgrade wallet?
    The wallet balance in a normal wallet (also called Basic Wallet) cannot cross Rs. 10,000/- during the month. Also, there is an upper limit of Rs. 10,000/- to the amount you can add in to the wallet. This can be either through Add-money or through Cashbacks. In the upgraded wallet (also called Prime Wallet), the wallet balance cannot cross Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rs. 1 lac). However, there is no limit on the amount that can be added, given that balance at any point is below Rs. 1 lac in the wallet.
  8. Is there a limit on the number of transactions in Basic wallet?
    There is no limit on the number of transactions. With a Basic Wallet, you can spend only Rs. 10,000/- in a month but with a Prime Wallet, there is no limit on the amount that you can spend.
  9. My wallet balance is already Rs. 10,000 in Basic Wallet. Does this mean that my cashback is lost?
    No, your cashback is never lost. Since you have already reached the monthly limit on the basic wallet, your cashback cannot be added in the current month cycle. Your cashback will be processed in the next month cycle. Otherwise, to get this cashback in the current month cycle, you need to get your wallet upgraded to a Prime Wallet. Miscellaneous
  10. How can I know whether my wallet has been upgrade or not?
    Once your wallet is upgraded, you will receive a welcome sms from paytm confirming your that the wallet has been upgraded.
  11. The mobile number I have mentioned in the form is different from the mobile number in my paytm wallet. Can my wallet be upgraded now?
    The mobile number in your form should be same as that in the paytm wallet account. In case both numbers do not match, paytm team will be calling you to explain the steps you need to take to upgrade your wallet.
  12. Who all are eligible for a Prime Wallet?

  1. The Coke Paytm Ecommerce Campaign (“Promotion”), is a promotion jointly organized byby Coca-Cola India Private Limited (“CCIPL. and One97 Communications Limited (“One97”). The Promotion is sponsored by One97 and is facilitated by Paytm E-commerce Pvt. Ltd. (“Paytm/ Paytm Mall”) and is being held between 1st October, 2017 (“Start Date”) and 14th November, 2017 (“End Date”), both days inclusive, which period shall be known as the “Promotion Period” and the Promotion shall be conducted across India (“Territory”).

In the instance of redemption of a second Unique Code by a Participant, the Participant shall be entitled to Paytm Cash of INR 50/- (Indian Rupees Fifty only) to the Participant’s Paytm Wallet, upon purchase of products worth INR 150/- (Indian Rupees One Hundred and Fifty only) on the Paytm Mall mobile application or website within 24 hours of shipping (“Second Redemption”);
    3. In the instance of redemption of a third Unique Code by a Participant, the Participant shall be entitled to Paytm Cash of INR 100/- (Indian Rupees One Hundred only) to the Participant’s Paytm Wallet, upon purchase of products worth INR 300/- (Indian Rupees Three Hundred only) on the Paytm Mall mobile application or website within 24 hours of shipping (“Third Redemption”); and

In the instance of redemption of a fourth Unique Code by a Participant, the Participant shall be entitled to Paytm Cash amount of INR 150/- (Indian Rupees One Hundred and Fifty only) to the Participant’s Paytm Wallet, upon purchase of products worth INR 450/- (Indian Rupees Four Hundred and Fifty only) on the Paytm Mall mobile application or website within 24 hours of shipping (“Fourth Redemption”).

  3. During the Promotion Period, the purchased Coca-Cola Product label will contain a unique coupon code printed overleaf (“Unique Code”).
  4. The Participant will be required to go to the website www.Paytmmall.com/social (“Website”),; sign in to their Paytm Wallet account (in case of existing users), or register for a Paytm Wallet account (in case of new users); and apply the Unique Code.
  5. After logging into the Paytm website/mobile application, applying the Unique Code as set out in clause 1.4 above and in the instance of a Second, Third or Fourth Redemption, carrying out the necessary purchase on the Paytm Mall mobile application or website, the Participant shall be eligible to receive a credit of the appropriate Promotion Cashback Amount (Paytm Cash) in his/her Paytm Wallet within 24 hours, subject to the “Paytm Terms of Use” for the Paytm Wallet (as available https://Paytm.com/terms
  6. For the sake of clarity, a Participant may redeem up to a maximum of four (4) Unique Codes under the Promotion.
