The product is defective, it doesn't work properly, it works as a card reader but it doesn't work as a OTG cable, the invoice doesn't have seller or manufacturer contact details to contact, it doesn't have instructions on how to claim the warranty, paytm app doesn't have option to contact the seller or manufacturer, I have contacted paytm for help, I hope paytm solves this problem.
