Paytm FASTag is a simple & reusable tag based on radio-frequency identification (RFID) technology.
Each tag is linked to a registered Paytm Wallet to facilitate automatic deduction of toll charges.

How it Works

Buy Paytm FASTag and affix it on the vehicle's windshield
Add money to your Paytm Wallet
Enter dedicated FASTag lane at any National Highway Toll Plaza
Tag reader at Toll Plaza reads your vehicle's FASTag, and applicable Toll charges get deducted from the linked Paytm account
Boom barrier opens automatically and you pass like a VIP
2.5% Cashback will be credited into FASTag linked Paytm Wallet for FY 2019-20

Delivery and activation Process

Order Paytm Fastag after entering Vehicle Registration Number and uploading RC front and back images of your vehicle.
Post verification of the uploaded details, FASTag will be shipped to you.
FASTag will be mapped directly to the mobile number, which is used during order placement.

This program is part of the National Electronic Toll Collection (NETC) initiative rolled out by NPCI under the guidelines of NHAI & IHMCL
FASTag is presently operating at more than 400 toll plazas across national highways;more city and state plazas will be on-board in future
To recharge your FASTag, simply add money to your Paytm wallet and FASTag will reserve an amount from Add Money
In case tag is damaged/lost/not working, please DONOT place a new order. Kindly reach out to us on FASTag Toll Free Number: 1800-120-4210 or write to FASTag@paytm.com. Orders placed to this effect will be auto-cancelled
In case your vehicle is registered with vehicle identification number(Chassis Number), please reach out to our customer care number 1800-120-4210 to get it updated with Vehicle Registration Number of your vehicle
In case you are using a pre-owned vehicle(Second hand purchase) and wish to purchase FASTag for that vehicle, please make sure the previous owner of the vehicle closes the old FASTag that is affixed on the vehicle

Orders might be auto-cancelled in the below cases
Cases where necessary documents are not submitted or verification of submitted documents has failed.
In cases where customer has placed duplicate orders(Ordering multiple FASTags for the same vehicle).
In cases where customer is not Min KYC. Please note that having at-least Min KYC is mandatory for the customer to place an order.

No Returns/Replacements Allowed - Returns or replacements are not accepted by seller for this product. Cancellation not allowed - Cancellations are not allowed for this product once ordered.
