Vinod Cookware 3.1 L With Lid Kadhai Induction Bottom ( Hard anodised , Set of 1 )

very very frustrating and annoying experience. The Paytm has delivered  Vinod saucepan instead of  hard anodized 3.1 litre kadai. The people with the help centre, and twitter, simply asked to supply them with number of photos, number of times, instead of taking the product back and supplying the right product. My my one and half hour was wasted supplying them with different angles photographs with which they were not satisfied. I insisted that inner pack was not at all opened by me as the product was on the face of it very very different than what I had ordered. Very frustrating experience withPaytm delivery. No action has been taken even after lapse of 3 days no communication made with myself by Paytm team to resolve the issue
